This privacy policy sets out how Curacubby, Inc. uses and protects any information that you give “Curacubby” when you use this website.

Curacubby is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. Should we ask you to provide certain information by which you can be identified when using this website, then you can be assured that it will only be used in accordance with this privacy statement.

Curacubby may change this policy from time to time by updating this page. You should check this page from time to time to ensure that you are happy with any changes. This policy is effective from May31, 2023.

What we collect

We may collect the following information:

  • Name and job title
  • Contact information including email address
  • Demographic information such as postcode, preferences and interests
  • Other information relevant to customer surveys and/or offers
  • Location-based data when using the Enrich mobile application.
    The actual data collected depends on the Enrich features being used and people’s device and account settings. 

What we do with the information we gather

We require this information to understand your needs and provide you with a better service, and in particular for the following reasons:

Internal record keeping.
We may use the information to improve our products and services.

We may periodically send promotional email about new products, special offers or other information which we think you may find interesting using the email address which you have provided.

From time to time, we may also use your information to contact you for market research purposes. We may contact you by email, phone, fax or mail.

We may use the information to customize the website according to your interests.

Curacubby may use or save location information to provide people with useful services related to automatically prompting for attendance events and/or preventing users from checking in or out when not physically present on site.

We may provide your information to our third party partners for marketing or promotional purposes.

We will never sell your information.

Security

We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.

Curacubby has relationships with certain service providers in order to provide its services to you and has contracted with Synapse Financial Technologies, Inc. (“Synapse”), a backend technology service provider that owns or otherwise has relationships with Synapse Brokerage LLC, an SEC-registered broker-dealer and member of FINRA and SIPC and certain banks and financial institutions and service providers (each of the foregoing being a “Partner Financial Institution”). Among other services, Synapse conducts “Know Your Customer” requirements and other financial technology services. For purposes of satisfying “Know Your Customer” requirements, Curacubby asks for your identifying information, such as your name, email address, tax identification number, address, telephone number, date of birth, videos, and photographs that may contain images of your face, including your driver’s license or government-issued identification number or card. Curacubby will also collect information pertaining to your account transactions. Your personal information will be shared with Synapse and will be subject to the Synapse Privacy Policy. Synapse will share your information as necessary with its Partner Financial Institutions and other service providers in connection with providing their services. How we use cookies

A cookie is a small file which asks permission to be placed on your computer’s hard drive. Once you agree, the file is added and the cookie helps analyze web traffic or lets you know when you visit a particular site. Cookies allow web applications to respond to you as an individual. The web application can tailor its operations to your needs, likes and dislikes by gathering and remembering information about your preferences.

We use traffic log cookies to identify which pages are being used. This helps us analyze data about web page traffic and improve our website in order to tailor it to customer needs. We only use this information for statistical analysis purposes and then the data is removed from the system.

If you have previously agreed to us using your personal information for direct marketing purposes, you may change your mind at any time by writing to or emailing us at support@curacubby.com.

We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless we have your permission or are required by law. We may use your personal information to send you promotional information about third parties which we think you may find interesting if you tell us that you wish this to happen.

For location-based data from the Enrich mobile app, both iOS and Android have settings for app location permissions that you can turn on or off. You can let apps use your location to provide location-based features and services. Keep in mind, it’s sometimes necessary for Enrich Mobile to store your precise location temporarily so that they can quickly give you helpful results, or save battery by avoiding the need to keep updating location.

For Enrich to work optimally, it need access to your device location in the background if you want to use the notification feature for automated attendance check-in and check-out.
